Until now we did not begin selling by ON LINE system, so all kind of orders must be done by sending us detailed emails. * MOTIFS ORDER - Please mail us your design in any kind of file format (jpg, gif, tif, pdf, ...) - Clarify the exact material requested for the motif - For the iron-on hotfix motifs, please specify the quantity and the colors of the materials. - We will send you the artwork of the motif within 24 hours * ITEMS ORDER - If you want to order an item from our website please just specify the reference number.. - If you want other items, please send us a clear photo(s) for the requested item. * SAMPLES & CATALOGUES - Samples and catalogues are free of charges, but the shipping must be paid by customers, so if you have a courier account (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, ...) please send it to us, so will send you the requested samples. - If you want to make your own motif, item, design, mould fee must be paid by customer, this mould fee will be return back if the customer make order, free samples offered for the ready samples similar to the requested sample. - We don't accept to send samples by normal post, because we don't guarantee the arraval of the parcel * PAYMENTS - We accept Paypal, Moneygram, Western Union, TT bank transfers - We dont accept any credit card payment - If the amount of the invoice is less than 5.000$, we accept cash payment only. - If the amount of the invoice is more than 5.000$, we accept 50% down payment, and the balance must be paid after finishing the production and before shipping the goods. * PRICING Generally we quote based on EX-WORK terms, but we can quote in FOB, C&F or CIF terms as per customers requests * SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME - We start production directly after receiving the TT or the down payment, then we deliver the goods immediately after finishing the production and after receiving the invoice balance. - Delivery date depends on the quantity and on kind of goods, for small quantities roughly delivery time is between 3-5 days, for big quantity order deliveries between 10-15 mostly.
